Thank you for your order! Please allow 1 to 5 business days for us to process and ship it. We offer worldwide shipping, and the shipping cost will depend on the destination. Unless stated otherwise, shipping costs (including any duties and taxes) are covered by the customer. While shipping delays are out of our control, we’ll do our best to assist if any issues arise. Be sure to track your parcel using the tracking number provided.

 

For UK local shipping:

As we based in Chengdu & London, currently all orders will be shipped directly from our studio in Chengdu. We will soon be able to offer local shipping in the UK (without any customs charges or international shipping fees), expected around 2025. We will provide further announcements when UK local shipping becomes available.

 

 

Return & Refund 

As an independent small team committed to crafting our products, we currently cannot process any returns or refunds. This policy is essential for us to continue operating sustainably and provide you with unique items at fair prices.

Given our international customer base, managing returns would involve significant shipping costs, customs duties, and handling expenses.
