Shipping

Thank you for your order! All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chengdu, China via FedEx or UPS. For in-stock items, orders will be dispatched within 5 business days after purchase. For made-to-order items, production time will apply before shipment. Estimated lead times are noted on each product page. International delivery usually takes approximately 1–2 weeks depending on the destination and courier service. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays, customs clearance, or unexpected courier delays.

 

 

Return & Refund 

Return

If you'd like to return an item, please get in touch with us through email within 7 days of receiving your order. To ensure we can process your request smoothly, please provide your order number (proof of purchase) and the recipient's name. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with packaging and tags still intact. Please note that failure to meet these conditions may affect the outcome of your return.

Once your return is approved, we will reply your email with the provided return address. You’ll have 7 days to send the item back and cover the postage costs. As our warehouse is in Chengdu, China, please be aware that for returns outside of Mainland China, reverse customs charges and shipping fee may apply. We also recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen return parcels. For exchanges, we kindly ask you to place a new order. 

Refund

We will process a full refund once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please note that the refund will not include shipping fees, customs duties, or any costs beyond the value of the item itself.

Any parcel returned without an approved return request will not be eligible for a refund.
