Shipping

Thank you for your order! Please allow 1 to 5 business days for us to process and ship it. We offer worldwide shipping, and the shipping cost will depend on the destination. Unless stated otherwise, shipping costs (including any duties and taxes) are covered by the customer. While shipping delays are out of our control, we’ll do our best to assist if any issues arise. Be sure to track your parcel using the tracking number provided.

 

 

Return & Refund 

Return

If you'd like to return an item, please get in touch with us through email within 14 days of receiving your order. To ensure we can process your request smoothly, please provide your order number (proof of purchase) and the recipient's name. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with packaging and tags still intact. Please note that failure to meet these conditions may affect the outcome of your return.

Once your return is approved, we will reply your email with the provided return address. You’ll have 7 days to send the item back and cover the postage costs. As our production team are based in Chengdu,China, please be aware that for returns outside of Mainland China, reverse customs charges may apply. We also recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen return parcels. For exchanges, we kindly ask you to place a new order. 

Refund

We will process a full refund once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please note that the refund will not include shipping fees, customs duties, or any costs beyond the value of the item itself.

Any parcel returned without an approved return request will not be eligible for a refund.
